In my opinion freedom should have a limit, because when it doesn’t´t it it likely to get out of hands. When you give people the right to express themselves it does not mean they can say and do what ever they want and however they want to, because it might get nasty and create many problems just as the one we read about on blog number one on Charlie Hebdoe in France. it can take part as becoming verbal violence and might create many social problems within the country.It can lead to media violence and even a cyber war.
The only way to prevent this is by government regulation. When people know there is someone behind watching there behavior they tend to behave. People take advantage when there is no regulations. Although it is important to point out that the government should have very specific and layed out rules on every subject to decrease ambiguity and should decrease the process of penalties to be more efficient. All the rules should be clear and specific.
I support freedom of speech but more than this, I support peace and in order to have peace, and must have rules and regulations and this is where the governments part comes in. When you give too much freedom, humanity becomes uncontrolled. The government should exercise their control by preventing people from publishing provocative, hurting, and offensive comments, and the one who does it should have serious consequences. This is the right way to create a peaceful environment among citizens and media users.
